These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, games, and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by Bonobos Games Yazılım Medya ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Bonobos Games", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The Services may include virtual currencies, items, or other content available for purchase ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold; you receive a limited right to use them within the Services only. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their respective payment terms apply. Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws, disrupts or interferes with the Services or other users, involves cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software such as bots, hacks, or mods, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services, including but not limited to graphics, characters, artwork, music, code, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Bonobos Games and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Services other than the limited license described above.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain advertisements and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the application. Upon termination, your license to use the Services and any Virtual Items ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bonobos Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
